Dominion Heating & Cooling is a growing local HVAC company serving London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and professional HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team on a flexible, commission-based basis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, has strong communication skills, and is interested in residential HVAC sales.

Responsibilities

When a customer is interested in purchasing new HVAC equipment, Dominion Heating & Cooling will provide the sales representative with the customer’s contact information and location.

The Sales Representative will:

• Contact the customer and arrange an appointment.
• Visit the customer’s home.
• Discuss the customer’s heating and cooling needs.
• Present available equipment options and company-provided pricing.
• Answer customer questions and provide professional recommendations.
• Prepare and present the quotation.
• Negotiate and close the sale within approved pricing.
• Complete the required sales documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Products

Sales opportunities may include:

• High-efficiency furnaces
• Central air conditioners
• Heat pumps
• Tankless water heaters
• Water heaters
• Other residential HVAC equipment

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity.

The Sales Representative earns commission on successfully completed qualifying equipment sales. The applicable commission structure and sales pricing will be explained to qualified applicants before they begin.

There are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
• Ability to explain equipment options and pricing clearly
• Sales experience is an asset
• HVAC experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
